When I went looking for estimates, three different orthodontists quoted me similar costs and procedures, but Dr. Germane did the best job of explaining what was going on in my kids’ mouths, so I chose him. That was 1994, and with four children and some complicated misalignment problems, I’ve been coming to Dr. Germane’s office nearly every month since. Two years ago Dr. Germane even talked me into straightening my own teeth, and you know what, it wasn’t so bad. Now my molars touch when I bite-just the way they’re supposed to. When a soccer-field collision knocked my daughter’s front tooth loose, Dr. Germane met us at the office after-hours and saved the tooth. From palette expanders to power chains, he and his staff have been great, and a little part of me is sad that my family’s needs for orthodontia are coming to an end. Thank you Dr. Germane!

Dr. Germane and his team do outstanding work with attention to detail and clear communication. Everyone feels welcome, cared about and accepted. The staff and particularly Dr. Germane have taken time to talk about the process of becoming an orthodontist and the value of attending VCU.
The color selection on all items is just amazing. More cases, retainers and rubber bands than seem possible. You can walk-in from school across the street and everything gets taken care of.
